The Space:

Should your arrival is outside of the office Hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm), you will require to collect the keys from nearby lockbox.
- The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling is provided for each guest booked. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen or an extra cleaning during your stay please request this and it can be organised for an extra cost.
- Check out is at 11am. Should you need a late departure, please request this directly with us 48h prior to check out. This is subject to availability and an extra cost might apply. If you stay beyond the check-out time of 11am, unless a different time has been pre arranged with us, you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly rate.
- Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted. The property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours.
- There is a strictly no smoking policy inside the booked property. If this policy is not adhered to a charge starting from £150.00 will be applied.
- Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement. Cost can depend on the type of key and time required of getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.
-Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit of £350 it`s payable before arrival.
- We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.
