- In addition to the stunning views and relaxing amenities, we offer an EV charger for guests with electric vehicles, so you can easily power up during your stay.
- Stay connected with Starlink Wi-Fi, perfect for checking in with loved ones or catching up on a bit of work. Please note that the satellite connection may occasionally be spotty or interrupted, but so far Starlink has been great and it’s a great option for light browsing or streaming when available.
- We provide linens and towels, as well as complimentary starter supplies that includes toiletries, kitchen and bath essentials, and more to make your stay seamless and stress-free.

- Due to the cozy size of Hiya Cabin, there is no washer and dryer, and storage space is quite limited. While this keeps the space feeling cozy and efficient, we recommend planning accordingly with light packing to fully embrace the cabin’s cozy atmosphere and make the most of your stay!
- Please note that Hiya Cabin shares part of a driveway with another cabin on the adjacent lot, and there are no fences around the property or between cabins. While each cabin offers its own space and privacy, we ask all guests to be respectful of one another’s stay and privacy, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone. To get a better understanding of the cabin’s positioning on the lot and its proximity to other cabins and the road, please refer to the photos to set the right expectations.
- Hiya Cabin is located in a beautiful countryside setting, which means you may encounter bugs, insects, or other creatures, especially during the summer months. While this is nothing more than you’d experience at any home in a similar environment, we kindly advise keeping doors and windows closed to minimize their presence inside. Additionally, please avoid leaving food outside to deter unwanted visitors. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy the natural charm of the area!

We allow one dog (40 lbs or less) per booking with the prior authorization and non refundable pet fee. Please read the Other Details to Note section (Pet Policy) for the complete guidelines for guests who is coming with a dog. Pet must be added to your reservation, and a pet fee must be paid at the time of reservation.
For the purpose of preserving a pristine and clean indoor environment, we would like to kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon cabin entry.

By completing with this online reservation you are confirming that you read and agreed to the terms, rules and conditions listed below and all other policies listed in this listing. The initial payment will act as a electronic signature confirming acceptance of the following:
In consideration of the rent received and the mutual promises contained herein, the Host/Owner does hereby lease and rent to Guest(s) such Rental Property under the following terms and conditions:
1. RULES AND REGULATIONS - Guests agree to abide by all rules and regulations contained herein and in the property's information book and posted signage. Guest's obligations include but are not limited to keeping the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and causing no unsafe or unsanitary conditions in the premises. Guests agree not to use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Guest shall not use or permit on the premises any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property. The use of all-terrain vehicles and motorcycles is prohibited. Smoking/vapping/hookah is never allowed inside and anywhere outside the house. Guest’s breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material and shall result in the termination of guest occupancy with no refund of any kind.
2. PETS POLICY:
We allow one dog per booking with prior authorization and a non-refundable pet fee. The pet must be added to your reservation, and pet fees must be paid at the time of reservation. We have the following guidelines for guests coming with a dog:
Size Limit: Dogs must weigh 40 pounds or less.
Guests are liable for any damage caused by a dog, including excessive cleaning.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or counters, in the hot tub and sauna!
Dogs must never be left alone in the house (even in a crate).
Dogs must use the bathroom outdoors. Indoor pee pads are not allowed. Guests are expected to clean up after their dog and bring their own supplies for doing so. Please place any excrement bags into the garbage bins located at the beginning of the driveway.
Please note that there are no fences around the property or between neighboring cabins. Like Hiya Cabin, the adjacent cabin also accepts guests with dogs, meaning a potential encounter with a dog from another cabin is possible. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that dogs are always kept on a leash and supervised when outside at all times for its safety and the safety of others. While we strive to provide a peaceful environment, we cannot be held responsible for interactions between pets on the property. We encourage all pet owners to be mindful and respectful to ensure everyone, including your furry friends, has a pleasant stay.
Please have the animal well-groomed for the benefit of future guests and our cleaning staff.
3. OCCUPANCY – IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY BE OCCUPIED BY MORE PERSONS THAN DESCRIBED ON THE RESERVATION. Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premisses. A violation of this rule will result of immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. It is important to have the correct number of guests in the reservation, so please update accordingly if the number changes after you first book.
