This studio has an open-space bedroom with a double bed, connected to the living room, kitchen, and dining room, which makes the place a spacious and comfortable space for your stay. The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator. It has air conditioning and all the amenities you need to make your stay a perfect time in the capital of the Costa del Sol.

The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the museums and attractions of the city. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta, is 2.6km away (about a half hour walk). It is strategically located and within minutes you can find the most representative places in the city: it is just a 10-minute walk from Plaza de la Merced, 5 minutes from the University, and is surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets, and leisure areas.
The apartment does not have parking. The public parking lot "Garage las Delicias" is located 4 minutes walking distance.
