LIVING AREA
The airy living room features wood floors, knotty pine walls, and sumptuous leather furniture.
There's an additional family room with a TV and a stunning river rock fireplace. Enjoy a game of pool or darts in the cozy parlor.
KITCHEN & DINING
The light-filled kitchen is detailed with granite countertops, an oversized stainless fridge, and an island with a gas stove. The adjacent dining area has a touch of whimsy with an eclectic set of 12 chairs surrounding a custom-made table.
BED & BATH
The primary bedroom has a California king bed, TV, and en-suite bath featuring granite detail, a jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A king bed is found in the third bedroom, and two twin-over-twin bunk beds outfit the bunk room.
Additional bathrooms include the powder room, a second with a tub/shower combination, and a third with a walk-in shower and granite vanity.
OUTDOOR AREA

Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in citation/fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm; violations will result in immediate fine.
