The villa has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a free-standing bath), each room with a balcony / terrace and sea views. The light-filled house offers a fantastic view of the sea and the islands of Hvar and Brac. In addition, the modern villa is equipped with air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating, Sonos sound system, Wi-Fi, a state-of-the-art open kitchen, living room with fireplace, Dalmatian style tavern with small kitchen, professional gym, covered barbecue area and laundry room.
In the outdoor area you will find a heated infinity pool with massage jets and relaxation lounger, two outdoor showers, various loungers on different levels, a spacious terrace, a relaxing rock garden and a large garden with lawn and local plants and herbs.
