In this luxurious finca, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings around Artà. The peaceful, natural location, the park-like outdoor area and the tasteful, high-quality furnishings of the house make Finca Vista Bonita a unique vacation spot.
Layout:
With 680 square meters of living space, the finca offers enough room for 10 people. The house is furnished to an absolutely high standard. Everything appears to be of one piece, colors and materials are carefully coordinated. In the center is the large and bright living and dining area, which has a cozy sitting area by the fireplace. The large windows offer a 180° view over the beautiful valley of Artà. Next to it is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. There are six bedrooms in the finca. Four bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm or 180 cm x 200 cm). One particularly large bedroom has two single beds and is flooded with light thanks to the large window front. The last room is located separately next to the kitchen. It is a complete apartment with a raised futon bed. All rooms have an en suite bathroom. One of these bathrooms has an exclusive bathtub framed in wood. There is also a separate WC for guests to use.
Outdoor area:
The finca is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The impressive natural stone finca is accessed through an olive grove and fields of lavender and rosemary. It has a beautifully designed patio with a fountain and two covered terraces. A large saltwater infinity pool is surrounded by another sunbathing terrace. The pool is also a real eye-catcher in the evening thanks to the modern color-changing lighting. There is a Balinese pavilion equipped with a comfortable bed. A special highlight is the sundowner viewing platform, which offers a 360° panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings. From here, you can look out over the mountains of the Llevant Nature Park, the bay of Canyamel and the monastery mountain of Randa.
