With so much to do 4 minutes away, check out Trinity Groves’ Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge and restaurants such as Saint Rocco’s. Only 10 minutes from downtown Dallas, this big home features a fully stocked roomy kitchen perfect for dinners as well as bathrooms with plentiful necessities for whatever you may need! Ideal for large groups looking for comfortable getaway and those who want a home away from home.
The beautiful open kitchen design lets you host large dinners more than comfortably as it is also fully stocked with everything you could need to cook big meals! Perfect for big groups, the massive dining table seats 10 along with the roomy kitchen island that seats 4. For caffeine lovers, the coffee station is complete with keurig pods as well as drip coffee for your use! Start or end your days with our fully stocked bright bathrooms that include all necessities and extras such as makeup remover wipes. Get restful nights with our comfy double/queen/king size beds. The living room couch is also a pull-out bed if more space is needed. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and mounted TV for all your watching needs! The master bathroom contains a stand-up shower but also a separate deep bathtub made to relax in after an eventful day. Watch the sunset outside in our second story balcony with a Dallas skyline view! The balcony is complete with a seating area to enjoy morning cups of coffee while watching the sunrise! The massive backyard features a patio seating area and plenty of room to entertain your guests, bring some picnic blankets and bask in the warm sun!
All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except the utility room such as the supply closet and any attics/crawl spaces.
Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

Summary: First I will say that our stay was successful and our group of 8 had everything we needed. But I do want to give both positive and negative feedback so that the host can make needed improvements. The home is in an older very mixed neighborhood . This home is newer than the other homes nearby . It is fairly centrally located to downtown and uptown but not with in walking distance to anything . The area felt a bit run down . The house inside desperately needs paint downstairs . The walls are damaged in a couple areas, the paint is filthy and the stairway rail was grimey . We regularly travel and rent homes and I am a property manager by trade so I try to be fair in my reviews and this home needs to be repainted at least downstairs and the stairway areas. The kitchen cabinets also need painting badly . It makes a nice house look unsanitary . The bathrooms had nice tile and style. The flooring was clean and fresh looking , The beds were comfy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with whatever we needed to cook with . There could have been more cleaning supplies to wash the counters. Also we didnt have enough silverware . They had two coffee makers and k cups there for you to use . The bathrooms were clean but not well stocked . No “extras” like some places provide and the towels were the cheap type . The backyard was. Nice . The garage is short so be aware. The host was fast to respond and easy to work with . The space in the home is nice .
