Beautiful house in a quiet and nice neighborhood of CITRUS HEIGHTS. Our place is equipped with everything you need to feel the comfort of being at home. With 4 bedrooms and a pool, it is the perfect space you need for your stay whether it's for work or travel. We are conveniently located 2 minutes away from Costco, Walmart and many restaurants etc.
The space
Our home can accommodate up to 8 guests. Whether you are visiting for business, remote work from home, tour Sacramento, you will find our fully furnished home perfect for families or friends traveling together.
We offer high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs , and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Parking: There is space for 3 cars to park in the home's driveway.
The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered as trespassing.

Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
