As you enter the home, you are greeted by plenty of natural sunlight and an open concept layout. The living room has brand new and mid century modern themed furniture. Kick back and relax on the plush green velvet sofa while cozying up next to the living room fireplace! Watch your favorite shows on the big screen smart TV after a day of exploring Dallas! The full kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to cook up your favorite home cooked meals! Take advantage of the stove top and make a big feast to serve on the spacious dining table that seats 6! Additional seating can be found in the kitchen. Start your morning off right with a cup of coffee from our provided coffee station also located in the kitchen!
Catch up on some sleep in the master bedroom located upstairs that features a king size bed and a stunning balcony! Watch the morning news from the comfort of your bed! The attached master bathroom features a spacious and luxurious walk-in shower with provided basic self-care necessities. The double sinks in the master bath make it convenient for two people to get ready at once! Master closet has plenty of room for all your storage needs. The second bedroom has two full size beds with plenty of room to accommodate multiple guests. The third bedroom also has two oh so comfy plush full size beds. Get a good night’s rest in the fourth bedroom that has an ultra relaxing queen size bed and a smart TV! The second full bath has a combination shower/bathtub.
Unwind in the upstairs lounge that features a smart TV and a modern pool table for all your entertainment needs! The quaint backyard has plenty of space for you and your babies!
All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except any utility closets and crawl spaces. The home features a one car garage and can accommodate a few vehicles in the driveway. Please DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations.
Unauthorized parties are not allowed at my property - this includes open invite parties or events primarily after 11:00 pm. Certain events such as wedding-related events, dinners, work events, family gatherings, or wedding/baby showers are allowed, but these must be approved before your reservation.
Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.
Three House rules
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
