Positive: The location is amazing. Quiet neighborhood, but lots to walk to. I also loved the home as it was a good size. The backyard area is also nice as well. Having a driveway for parking was helpful as it got packed in the evenings. We loved our stay for the most part.
Negative: We didn't know this, but there was construction next door, which made being outside harder. The driveway has no gate, so it feels like an alleyway to the backyard and was worried a bit about safety. But outside of that, everything else was great.
