The Space:
This north-east facing Queenslander home is set high amongst the trees... Beautifully designed to capture sea breezes and glimpses towards Shelly & Moffat Beach. Spend the afternoon soaking up the salt air, watching the ships and cruise boats pass by with a cold beverage on the verandah or outdoor deck!
Fully renovated kitchen, equipped with modern appliances including full sized fridge/freezer, 4 burner gas stove-top, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. We also provide basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, oil, salt, pepper, paper towels and more.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen with timber floors. 65" Smart TV in the loungeroom with comfortable, reclining leather lounges.
Three generous sized, carpeted bedrooms all with built in robes. One bathroom and separate toilet.

We use hotel quality linen through a professional laundering service, all bedding, bath towels/mats, tea towels etc. are provided and included in the cleaning fee.
Outdoor living area is well set up for relaxing and entertaining with family or friends... plenty of space for everyone featuring a dining table, lots of cane lounge chairs as well as two comfortable day beds. There are pull down blinds all around the verandah to prevent the rain and windy weather, making the outdoor space perfect for use all year round!
Located in a prime position just footsteps from beautiful Moffat Beach, boardwalks, parks, cafes, shops, brewery etc!
Guest Access:
Access is available to all areas listed. Two rooms are locked as well as the garage. These will not be for guests use.
There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self-check in.

All access details are sent early morning on the day of arrival.

Getting Around:
This property is set in a prime location, you won't need a car from the time you get here! (Unless you want to explore further out of Moffat area) However everything you need including - supermarkets, bottle shops, ATMs, beaches, parks, cafes, brewery, all just a few minutes away.
Buses, taxis, Ubers etc. all available.
Other Things to Note:
Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
