Lovely Montecito Hedgerow English style country home on a gated acre with all amenities; landscaped rose and flower gardens, specimen oaks, fruit trees, swimmers pool - 20 ft by 50 ft.- with spa.
Three different buildings - main house with three bedrooms available, three and a half baths; high farmhouse ceilings in kitchen, dining area, French doors lead to four outside patios for entertaining, including private patio off master; formal living room with fireplace, den with fireplace; separate guest house with its own bathroom and 300 square foot patio - approximately 25 yards from house.Spectacular pool and spa are surrounded by designer eating and entertainment decks and barbeque; 600 square foot media entertainment building with large screen plasma TV and surround sound system; walk to Miramar Beach. Rental agreement for your visit to the property is required.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at his beautiful property. Our hosts were terrific, easy to reach out to and likewise checked in to see if we had questions or needed anything. The home was very comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The pool and gardens are gorgeous. We used the pool and/or jacuzzi and ate outside on the patios every day. It's a very nice residential area and there is shopping only a mile or two down the road. We would definitely recommend it and keep it high on the list for a return.
