Moray Horizon View is a Suffolk coast beach apartment with direct sea views from the main lounge and kitchen and also the master double bedroom. It has high ceilings and is bright with modern furniture and decoration.
A self-catering for up to 6-7 (including use of travel cot) apartment on England's most easterly coast withins seconds from the blue flag beach.
We have an additional apartment in the same building which can be booked together and therefore combined can sleep up to 5-12 (including travel cot) just ask for details.
Within close proximity to all of Pakefield, Lowestoft, Kessingland and Oulton Board attractions. Great walks on the Suffolk coast, close to the broads and also driving distance to many beautiful churches and other East Anglian locations such as Norwich.
We try and respond to all enquiries in a timely as possible manner. We also need to check with our apartment keeper if you are asking for a last minute booking in order to check we can make the apartment ready in time and so these bookings can depend on our apartment keeper's availability. We encourage all enquiries to book/enquire as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
The property has two bedrooms, one with large double bed with sea views, a quieter bedroom with two singles and a large sofa bed. Prices shown include the main double bed set-up, a small additional fee of £35 for per additional bedroom beds to cover the cleaning and laundry costs will be applied if required and £70 if you want both the bedroom and sofa bed setting up. We also have a travel cot available to hire at £25 per stay.
Our prices are based on 1-2 persons using the main bedroom, although we can accommodate up to 6-7 for additional costs as above.
Although we have a 2 night minimum, we can book single nights although this is slightly more than the 2 night minimum rates quoted on this site to enable us to cover our costs. Supplement of £50 applies on top for single night stays.
Also we are open to quoting for longer stays.
Bookings based on a 2pm arrival and a 10am - we can usual accommodate different times with out meet and greet person(s) then able to show you around, but if you need to arrive late or a time which our meet and greet person can't make then we offer a key safe facility.
Subject to availability we can offer a late check for £35 until no later than 1530.
We accept well behaved pets, please note the damage/security deposit increases and we keep it for longer and we charge £35 per pet up to 2 pets.
Please note we have changed the way we take the damage/security deposit, this is done separately to your Airbnb booking so you will need to provide us separately with a credit or debit card to preauthorise, no monies are taken. The base security/damage deposit it £200 and increases with larger groups and/or with dogs staying and further for longer stays of over two weeks. As per our terms you are not limited to this if the costs of damage or other costs are greater as per our terms. We cancel this preauthorisation after we have successfully re-inspected the apartment as per our terms. We will bring this to your attention before we confirm your booking and you run the risk of the booking being cancelled if you do not provide a preauthorisation before you arrive.
We recommend that all guests take out adequate travel insurance and StaySure provide covid19 cover.
