Positive: This is a gorgeous hotel. The family room was perfect, with two separate sections of the room overlooking the water wheel. The decor is beautiful and the staff were lovely. The restaurant is so lovely with huge picture windows and a terrace next to the river. We ate in the Michelin star restaurant within the hotel, which was very nice but there are plenty of other restaurants very nearby. I’d love to come back here, it’s so calm and relaxing and lovely in a lovely little town.

Negative: Nothing, it was all perfect. The children’s menu wasn’t ideal for our kids but that says more about them and their fussy ways than the hotel!!
