- If desired, pool gas heating is available for an additional $125 per day, ensuring a warm and comfortable swim in all seasons. The pool heats up to 30 degrees with the gas heating, this is not the same as spa temperatures, and guests should not expect the pool to feel like a spa. Please note, the pool is otherwise solar-heated, which depends on sunny weather for optimal warmth.

House Rules:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 14.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 5 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited.
7. No Bucks, Hens or Schoolies: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not allow bucks, hens or schoolies on the premises under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited both inside and outside the property. The property is fitted with smoke alarms that are sensitive to vaping.

The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 14. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.
