The houses updates provide a modern feel while still being cozy in all four seasons and prioritizes bringing the outdoors in. Located in the scenic Hudson Valley and just 75 minutes by train or car to NYC.

The space
Set in the idyllic mountains of the Hudson Valley you can enjoy views of the lush greenery and breathtaking sunsets from the main living room. With 32 feet of window that spans across the whole upper floor it's easy to bring the outdoors inside. Or choose to melt the days away on the 1400sqft deck with plenty of room for entertaining or the backyard.
- A fully equipped custom kitchen perfect for entertaining and feeding large families. High ceilings with skylight, heated floors and a large butcher block island.
- The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace (controlled by remote), has a 65 inch smart tv with all the apps needed for your favorite shows and premium cable.
- Downstairs is the second living room and office space. This room also has a 65" smart TV (no cable but all the apps) and a wood burning fireplace. Additionally the bedroom downstairs is equipped with a king bed and acts as a second primary.
- The gym downstairs is equipped with an infrared sauna, pull up bar, and recovery tools.
- Lake Oscawana is a few minute drive from the house and is a private lake with a beach great for swimming or relaxing. We provide parking passes for beach access.
- The house backs up to Fahnestock State Park which offers endless hiking and nature walks including the Appalachian Trail. The famous Breakneck Ridge or Anthony's Nose hikes are just 15 min away.
Guest access
You'll have access to the whole house. The garage is not included in the rental.
