This home is like nothing you have ever stayed in before! Jam packed with a movie theatre, specially curated rooms, a brand new hot tub, murals, unique amenities, and centrally located in Downtown Denver. Watch a movie in the theatre, take a dip in the hot tub, or take it easy in the remodeled back yard! If your group is in an adventurous mood it is also an excellent home base to Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, and local skiing.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 Queen beds, a huge basement sectional, and an additional couch upstairs.
Bedroom 1 - The main upstairs bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen bed with a fun Titanic theme.
Bedroom 2 - This Alice in Wonderland themed bedroom comes with a brand new queen bed.
Bedroom 3 - This pirates of the Caribbean bedroom is perfect for kids and adults alike!

You'll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You will find two shower/tub combo's. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.

The entire top floor has windows letting in natural light. Just out the back sliding door you will find a beautifully built area complete with a sitting area, built in grill, and brand new hot tub!

This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed a ring camera cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
