Our beautifully styled four bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 living home boasts a stunning open plan kitchen, large living dining area leading out to a balcony that has breathtaking views over Ansett Estate and Port Phillip Bay.
The pool side Alfresco area with solar heated pool and spa is perfect place to relax with friends and family.

Located in the dress circle of Mt Eliza with stunning views, solar heated pool, heated spa, cubby house for the kids, this really is the perfect place to base yourself during your next Mornington Peninsula holiday.
As you enter the property there is a living area with smart Tv, leading out to the alfresco area with pool and spa.
Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite.
Seperate toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs we have a large light and bright living space with gas fireplace, fantastic views with outdoor dining for ten, and BBQ, plus a large fully equipped kitchen.
On this level we have further three bedrooms:
Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite with bath, shower and walk in robe
Bedroom three with Queen bed
Bedroom four with king single bunk, single bed and a trundle mattress that will fit in any of the bedrooms.
We have smart TV's in both of the living areas.
Evaporative cooling and ducted heating throughout to ensure your comfort all year round. There is also a gas fireplace in the living room upstairs.
Double garage available as well as off street parking.
We have a very strict no party policy at the house which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm you need to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We are set up perfectly for families to gather.
