The house is situated at the end of a quiet road, but is just minutes to the bay or gulf. The beautiful yard and decks are very relaxing, and provide you with peace and quiet from the busy tourist area's of Orange Beach.
This house features spacious upper and lower units. Each unit comes with kitchen, laundry room, and all the amenities to make your vacation feel like home. There is room to park a boat and the public dock is only 12 minutes away. The ground floor is accessible friendly, with no stairs and a walk in shower.
Each unit has a desk for working during your stay. There is WiFi and hard wire options in each unit, and a WiFi printer in the upper unit.
You will have access to the garage and driveway for your vehicles.
There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Our home is located within the Bear Point Civic Association. Our membership gives you access to the beautiful bayside park, pier and beach on Arnica Bay. You may also join in on the Thursday night Bingo gatherings.
