The Space:
Located in one of the most popular areas of Houston, this ground-floor studio apartment has a comfy bed, Smart TV, a full kitchen, fantastic amenities and a fine spot to rest and recharge between time exploring! When the weather is nice, and you need some “adult time-out,” you can relax at the communal pool just outside your door. You’ll find sun loungers and tables and chairs for dining if you’d like to relax poolside or dine al fresco.

- There's a plush queen bed facing a large wall-mounted Smart TV that is logged into Prime TV or connect to your own streaming accounts, and a chest in front of the bed with extra blankets for a place to sit when putting on or taking off your shoes after a full day of sightseeing.
- There's a nice-sized walk-in closet with plenty of room for your luggage, there are hangers to hang your clothes, and an iron & ironing board if needed.

We provide some home/bath essentials like hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. Some cleaning supplies such as dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags are provided however not replenishable.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No glitter or confetti anywhere on the property.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No glass around the pool.
- Pets are not permitted.
Interaction with Guests:
The property is self-check-in using a code in the digital keypad. Check-in information and the access code for the digital lock will be provided to you within 24 hours of arrival.
