The space
It is a newly remodeled house with two full bathrooms built with the best materials
3 completely renovated rooms, two rooms, one with a fireplace so you can feel at home and enjoy a quiet and harmonious space
It has its own laundry room and a small gym area designed so you can do your daily exercises
It has a large and spacious kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your best dishes
A workspace where you can connect your computer and write your notes
Outside we have a spectacular pool for hot weather there’s is a meat grill for that delicious corned beef with your family
We also offer you an outdoor room with TV and blue tooth speaker
As well as a fire pit for those cool days
Guest access
Our guests will have access to the entire house and patios as well as the pool
The only place that you will not have access is in the garage and the RV that are parked inside the property with a completely independent entrance
Other things to note
Someone will be in the RV normally in the afternoons and in it there are 3 pets who are very friendly, sometimes you won't realize they're there
HOUSE RULES
at your entrance please read the rules
Please park in your assigned parking space if you need more space let me know to provide you with extra parking. You can turn on the patio lights but please turn them off when you don’t need them
the AC normally will be set up before you arrive if you bring pets to your trip, please let let me know before and add them to your listing
They have an extra fee for the entire stay
Pets are not allowed on beds sofas or furniture . Please clean their poo if not in additional fee will be charge of $100 -$ 200 to do a deep clean. The fee will depend on the blankets or mattresses that must be clean with a special equipment. The house is a non-smoking house, cigarettes or weed additional fee will be charged of $200 if a party or event is detected at any point during your stay you will be asked to leave immediately no refunds will be issued and additional fees Will be charged $350. No question ask if you have a small reunion guest for dinner or something similar let me know before it occurs we need to be authorized prior any get together to be aware of the number of people that will be in the property have fun, but please respectful and obey the rules. We appreciate you stay
YOUR CHECK OUT
we ask to put all the use towels in the laundrymat and take out the trash out before you leave the house
all of our houses have a container trash outside but if you find them full, please let us know so we can call our company to take the trash out of the property as soon as possible
The kitchen must be clean before you leave the place refrigerator and dishes must be clean. If not in additional fee will be charge of $50
POOL RULES
no glass in pool or on the deck
not pushing in water
no peeing in the pool
not running or rough play
no diving in the shallow end
no pet allowed in the pool,
no food or drinks allowed inside the pool
no yelling or shouting
not spitting or blowing nose in pool
anyone with open cuts should no enter pool,
not children should be in the pool without supervision
all children in diapers. Must wear swim diapers please always supervise children in the pool and around the pool area. Enjoy the pool and have fun but please follow the rules. Thank you in advance. The pool is open from 8 AM to 9 PM.
PETS RULES
rPets are not allowed to be on top of the beds or couches if we see any dogs hair or any of the coaches or Beds you will be charged in additional cleaning fee of $200. please bring your dogs ,cats, cage or beds so they can sleep in them.
Please take your dog outside to pee and poo. They must be on leash, when they are outside,
please clean after they are done do not leave their poo outside on the ground or in additional fee of $70 will be charged
please dispose waste in the outside dumpers
before you leave.
Please sweep vacuum any pet hair and dispose of it in The outside dumpster
A fee of $200 will be charged if we see any pet hair on the furnitures bed or blankets
