This beautiful new home provides more than just a comfortable place to rest, it is located at the end of a peaceful cul de sac, so you will have everything you need to enjoy some quiet time with friends or family at the lake. You will be less than one mile from Fishlipz Resort and Marina at Pates Ford so bring your boat, or rent one from the marina, and enjoy one of the most beautiful lakes in Tennessee.
This home offers three floors of bright, open-concept space, with plenty of room for gatherings. The main floor has a chef's kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals at home. There is a dining table with seating for six as well as four barstools for additional seating. There is also a gas grill and dining table on the main level deck for your Summer barbeques. The living space on this level has a queen sleeper sofa.
