Villa Imperial is a luxury property located in a natural e peacefull location in Costa Brava. It is surrounded by a nice countryside with forests, trees and flowering meadows, to create e luxureggiant ambient, that remember its origin of 14th Century. Form the property you will enjiy the sea views and not farway , just ten minutes driving from Aigua Blava, Tamariu and Llanfranc, natural preserved spot along the Catalunian coasts.
It was preserved the original Baroque style painted ceiling, really suggestive, mullioned windows and exposed stones who gives a good combination of traditional and contemporary fabrics and furninshing to the entire property.
Villa imperial is developed on three floors, many open spaces and realx areas make you feel very comofrtable and free, to enjoy this unique place.
The ground floor, around 435m2 has a large entrance, (110mq) with an exclusive ceiling, a fireplace, redaing area with TV and a spacious dining area with table and chairs, can be seated 20 person. At the same level the fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dish washer, oven, juicer and all the necessary to prepare delicious breakfasts all together, around the a central island 3.6m long.
There is also an utility room with 2 washing machines, 2 dryer, laundry sink and facilities for iron and sew. The guest will find an office room and games for kids entertainment, another TV and a cellar for the wine.
Coplete this area of the ohuse a double bedroom with private bathroom, accessible by wheelchair.
Going on the first floor, around 285mq, we find a spacious living area with cozy sofas and reading area where to spend moments of socialization with the family and friends, 5 double rooms with high standard of comfort such as the air conditioning en suite bathroom, and onother bedroom that can accomodate up 6 person with a private bathroom, there is also a terrace, with a panoramic view on the surrounding, with outdoor forniture, the ideal place to smend relax moments in the evening.
On the second floor, 60mq, another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, panoramic views and a room with the pool table, sofas and TV.
Villa Imperial offer a separated self-contained dependance, ideal for the larger groups, it is located on the other side of the countryard and it guarantee all the facilities and comforts of the main house, it can accomodate 4-6 more people in two bedrooms: one has a double bed and ensuite shower room, the othe a twin bedroom with 2 extra pullo-out beds and ensuite shower room , a spacious living room opend on the dinign area and the fully equipped kitchen, the TV a fireplace and sofas.
Also here you will find an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
This ambient is really actractive and mantain the traditional materials respecting its rustic history.
Moving outside a large grass garen, many flowerd plants offer a magnificent atmosphere for the swimming pool, the terrace with sunbeds where to relax in a sunny days, severals chill areas with tables, armachairs and sofas, a pergola with table and chairs and the barbecue area for al fresco dinners will be very appreciate from large groups taht want to spend time all togheter.
The guest will appreciate the exclusive Spa area with and indoor 7x3 meter heated swimming pool, with the Jacuzzi incorporated, a Finnish suana room, the gym, 2 wc and 2 shower rooms. There is also a tennis court. For any other activity not farway there are the golf course, beaches, cycle routes and walking trails where to admire the beauty of the Mediterranena nature.
Villa Imperial is the place where to spend unforgattable holiday in Costa Brava with all the services, included the Maid, the food delivery, from Monday to Saturday, 5 hours a day for the main villa, 7 hours a day villa+dependance.
Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
