Villa Pozzillo has a large private garden of 2000 square meters, which ends to the rocky beach in front of the villa. There is a private swimming pool of 6.50x13 mt. depth from 0.20 to 1.35 mt. there is a pool house with dressing room and bathroom with shower. the pool is equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas for shade. Is also present a Barbeque and a covered patio with table and Charis for al fresco meals.

Ground floor the entrance leads to the large living room equipped with sofas and TV LCD, there is a dining room which opens to the garden facing the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom with Wc and sink, one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, and a laundry room with a wash and dryer. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower.
