The space has a/c and heating and you will have access to a large veranda equipped with tables, chairs, and an oven for pizzas and indoor barbecues with a gorgeous view of the sea where you can eat al fresco under the stars on the outdoor patio. The fully-fitted and modern kitchen is complete with all sorts of modern appliances for rustling up delicious meals. It is equipped with a four-hob gas stove, a table for six people, a microwave oven, an espresso coffee machine, a juice maker, electric oven, a large fridge-freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, and other small appliances). The first bathroom is a small lavatory containing a sink and a WC. Here you will also find the laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Guest Access
Villa Equense is completely private with private parking lots. The pool is available from April till October and will also be disinfected on a daily basis to ensure it is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness, as well as all of the other amenities. The Villa itself is immersed in beautiful Mediterranean nature, great for those looking for a tranquil and peaceful stay located very close to the city center by car.
