Positive: Location, location, location if you want to enjoy on the beach, which is in the backyard of the building, so to say. For the ones that want to go to town more often and doesn't rent a car, there is bus 30 which allegedly should go in every 10 min and costs 2 euro per drive, but we had very pure experience with it. Flat is very spaciousness has everything that you might need, kitchen is fully equipped. Offers even beach towels. Every room has its AC. And has big balcony with the fantastic view to beach. Pity that has not got another bathroom, or even just one more toilet. That said, we still accommodate very quickly. It has one store with very narrow assortment, but is right across the street.
Negative: The street is very noisy, but that is just a fact. Furniture is outdated, but we didn't mind, its superficial thing.
Summary: Very nice. After one week we felt lake we could live there.
