It boasts a wood-burning Cedar Sauna, greenhouse and garden, barn and fire-pit area, and a wildlife viewing house to sit with cocktails and enjoy the resident deer herd! The property offers twenty acres of nature trails for hiking, skiing, four-wheeling or snowmobiling, and plenty of overflow parking for boats or trailers. The house is newly-remodeled in farmhouse décor, and offers a large eat-in kitchen with a large butcherblock table, a cozy living room with a large couch and sleeper sofa, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower combination, master bedroom with a king bed, and a laundry/mud room. The second floor has two additional large bedrooms, the first with two twin beds and the second with a queen bed. You certainly will find peace and serenity on this property, yet plenty of outdoor fun as well! Just feeding and watching the wildlife will have you relaxed in no time. Lake Michigan is a short walk down our country road where you can view spectacular sunsets or go for a kayaking adventure!
