Unser Bauernhof befindet sich im Ortsteil Marwang bei Grabenstätt und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radltouren. Nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich der schöne Waldsee, unser Tüttensee, und der bekannte Chiemsee, das "Bayerische Meer" ist nur ca. 5 km entfernt. Zur nahegelegenen Weide, auf der unsere Mutterkühe mit ihren Kälbchen im Sommer grasen, sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten.
Die großzügige, freundliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß des Bauernhauses. Im gesamten Haus ist nur eine Ferienwohnung und auch die gemütliche Terrasse steht nur der Gastfamilie zur Verfügung.
Sie wurde im modernen Landhausstil renoviert und bietet großzügigen Platz für 2-4 Personen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafräumen mit einem Doppel- und einem Etagenbett. Zusätzlich befindet sich in der Stube noch eine Couch, die als Schlafcouch ausziehbar ist. Somit kann unser Bauernhof auch mit 3 Kindern besucht werden.
Eine gemütliche Stube, die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essecke, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Espresso- und Kaffeemaschine, das Bad mit Dusche/WC, Sat-TV und kostenloses WLAN bietet allen Comfort, auf den man auch im Urlaub nicht verzichten möchte.
Ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl kann auf Anfrage bereit gestellt werden.
Die Wohnung ist elektrisch, sowie mit einem Kachelofen in der Stube und einem Holzherd in der Küche beheizbar. Holz wird von uns bereit gestellt. Im Bad befindet sich außerdem eine Fußbodenheizung. In den Schlafräumen befinden sich ebenfalls elektrische Heizkörper.
Als Freizeitmöglichkeit kann eine Tischtennisplatte genutzt werden und ein öffentlicher Spielplatz liegt direkt gegenüber unseres Bauernhofes.
Bei den Mahlzeiten im Freien im gemütlichen Freisitz können Sie den unwiderstehlichen Blick auf unsere Bergwelt genießen oder einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen.
Nach Grabenstätt sind es nur 3 Kilometer, dort kann in verschiedenen Lebensmittelläden und Bäckereien eingekauft werden.
Zu den örtlichen Gastwirtschaften ist es nicht weit und Sie können sich am Abend mit einem leckeren Essen verwöhnen lassen!
Unsere Ferienwohnung ist teilweise behindertengerecht: Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss, 1 Stufe 7 cm zur Eingangstüre, normale Türschwelle (1 - 2 cm). Rutschfeste Einstiegshilfe zur Dusche. Ansonsten alles ebenerdig.
