Positive: A beautiful lakeside stay with unmatched views of the water and mountains. The staff were kind and welcoming, the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety, and the free parking made everything easy. The stunning lake and mountain views from our room balcony made the experience unforgettable.

Negative: We arrived late after reception had closed, but the hotel thoughtfully left a printed note on the reception door explaining that our room was ready. The only difficulty was finding the correct entrance, as the hotel has two buildings which can be confusing for first-time guests. A simple property layout or map posted at reception would make late check-in much easier.
