Our Woodstock getaway home is nestled in the woods next to a stream on 13+ acres yet only 5 minutes to town. Enter through the covered porch and don’t miss the expansive deck from which to soak in the sun and surrounding nature. Everything in the home is recently renovated from the spa- like bathrooms to the fabulous chef’s kitchen which is fully equipped and ready for you to cook to your heart’s content. Not a cook? You can still admire it while enjoying take out or leftovers from one of the many local eateries! Beyond the kitchen relax by the gas fireplace and gaze out the picture window with an exquisite view of the stream and woods beyond. Spend cozy evenings in the living room with a book, movie, glass of wine or tea or just enjoy the quiet. There is a separate 3 season sunroom which is great for a meditation spot or to catch up on emails. In addition to the common living/dining spaces on the main floor there is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and full bathroom. Upstairs enjoy a primary bedroom suite with its own Juliette balcony overlooking the gardens and greenery of the forest. One additional bedroom (with a twin size day bed) and a third full bathroom upstairs provides room for all. The grounds are beautifully landscaped providing interest year round as well as acres of woods in which to hike. For longer hikes we are only minutes away in any direction. 5 minutes to Woodstock Village, 15 minutes to Saugerties village and the Hudson River, 20 minutes to Kingston, 30 minutes to skiing
