A cozy apartment in the heart of Florence. Completely renewed at the end of 2017 the apartment has all the comfort.
Few steps from Duomo and Battistero and just few mintues by foot from all the majority Florence attraction (Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Pitti, Galleria dell'Accademia, Piazza Santissima Annunziata) and not last far 5 minutes from SMN Station.
The apartment is a cozy and bright space at first floor just behind the Florence Duomo.
When you enter in the apartment if you go on the right side, on the bottom you will find the bathroom door and just before it on the left side you enter in the cozy living room where there is a round table (extensible), a corner sofa bed, the Smart LCD TV.
From the living room you can access to the fully equipped kitchen (there is also the dishwasher), a coffe corner and a small counter just in front of the window.
Back at the front door going on the left side you find on the bottom the bright master bedroom where you have a 160cm king bed, two wardrobes, a comfortable armchair near the big window and a Smart LCD TV.
Juts before the master bedroom you can access on your right to the second double room (bed 140cm). It has the window too and his personal wardrobe.

IMPORTANT: Due to some restructuring works in the building, COULD BE POSSIBLE TO HEAR works noise after 815am, that could be possible until the end of February.
Due to that works the lift it will NOT be available until March 2018.

By foot you can easily reach all the main points of interest.
However just around the corner you have the bus stop and the taxi place is about 300mt from the apartment, in Via Dei Pecori.
By foot you can easily reach almost everything in Florence!
