Just a block from Bears Den and down the street from Tattnal Square Park. This double story house is divided into 2 separate units. Upon requests, upstairs can be booked if not occupied for additional guests. You will enjoy Downtown boasting nightlife, restaurants, & breweries. This is a true urban paradise to see.
The downstairs area is equipped with all of the amenities and variety you may need. This two-bedroom, two-bath downstairs area has it all, including a full kitchen with 2 granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining in is easy with our fabulous state of the art kitchen. Stocked with all the necessities – from sauté pans to dessert plates and everything in between. Living room has comfy seating arrangements with Smart TV for binge watching netflix at the end of the day. Front porch that overlooks Oglethorpe St is the perfect place for stargazing while sitting on a chair and sipping a glass of wine or coffee in the morning. From families to friends, everyone will be comfortable with high quality beds. Master bedroom has a soaking tub for night and a walk-in glass door shower to start your day fresh. If you want to experience downtown Macon peacefully, this is the place to stay!
The property has a big carport along with plenty of off-street parking and the next to house lot is empty as well as additional street parking.
Each bathroom is stocked with soft thirsty towels and spa amenities. An iron & ironing boards, hair dryers, and washer-dryer makes looking good easy.

Please Feel free to park right outside on the street in front of the home, in the empty lot next door, or use one side of the carport behind the home.
The house is located in a residential neighborhood. Be respectful to others during quiet hours of early morning or late nights and don’t make noise on deck or patio during downtime.
We welcome families but the house is not child proofed in any way. There are falling hazards (wooden stairs without baby gates) and no extra actions have been taken at all with regard to the safety of children. There is a tatnall square park with a beautiful fountain down the street, and a dog park a few streets over.
There is good insulation between the 2 floors so you won’t even know if somebody is living upstairs.
