This recently renovated home has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a working fireplace, all new kitchen appliances, and an outdoor barbeque on the mountain-view wrap-around deck. There is a brand new washer/dryer unit for any personal laundry needs during your stay. There is a tv in the main living area as well as a tv in each of the three bedrooms. There is also a selection of games for some friendly competition.
There is allotted parking for each unit.
The property is also very close to Catskills Recreational Center, a state-of-the-art community swimming and gym facility, and several golf courses. From the pool deck, you can see two local ski areas: Plattekill and Belleayre, both just a short drive away. Within 30 minutes, are two more ski areas offering some of the finest skiing in the northeast.
The closest town is the picturesque village of Roxbury, where the famous naturalist John Burroughs' home, Woodchuck Lodge, stands as a testament to his love for life in the Catskills and its natural resources.
