Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very difficult. We didn't know we needed a code or where the code for the padlock was coming from. I expected a reception desk. We nearly gave up. Instead, we went to a local restaurant and worked it out from there. We wanted to freshen up before heading out dinner. It was very frustrating after a long day of travel and conferencing.
Negative: In addition to not being able to access the padlock (having no code) and not even realising what the setup was, as we expected a receptionist and the building had no name, we thought we were in the wrong place. Then, when we were finally able to get in, after calling the Philippines to get the code, we didn't know where the allocated car park was. Unit 181 was hidden and very hard to find, so we ended up driving around aimlessly. After that, having now got the key and found the carpark, the next challenge was to work out which floor we were on. Fortunately, the key only allowed us to reach one floor in the elevator. Still, it shouldn't have happened. You can imagine the looks on our faces when we stepped into an elevator, with no map or guidance on which unit was on which floor....
Summary: The unit was nice, Identifying the building, getting in, parking, and finding it was frustrating.
