Summary: Overall 4* Location 5* Furniture 2* - the only comfortable piece of furniture is the armchair in the living room. One bed is too firm and the other is too soft. Safety 4* - the community laundry room is attached to the unit. The door can be locked from the inside but this should be mentioned multiple times in the description. Value 5* - this place could be so much nicer if the owner invested in the interior a little more. Even a couch from the goodwill would help immensely.
