In this charming home you will have access to a galley kitchen with built-in appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, dining table for 6, two bedrooms that will sleep a total of 7, an extra twin mattress that can be pulled out if needed for a total of 8, two full baths each with garden tubs, and a stunning view of the Great Waters golf course right off the back patio complete with grill, table and chairs to enjoy! Watch television on the new 65" Smart television in the living area or relax in either bedroom which both also have a new Smart TV. For the non-golfers, there is a variety of activities all within walking distance. Within 5 minutes you can walk to a sandy beach area right on beautiful Lake Oconee. Within a few minutes drive you can rent a pontoon boat at the local marina. You can also enjoy beautiful walking trails throughout this exclusive gated community and walk right along the shoreline!
