The Kitschy Kactus is a bright, eclectically modern, completely rebuilt 4 bed/4 bath home located in one of the most popular coves on Grand Lake. Here you can feel those summer vibes all year long!
The interior features designer touches and the colorful work of many Oklahoma artists. Enjoy the beautiful view from our two level deck, where you can enjoy a meal, or relax in the shade of the umbrellas on Adirondack chairs. The private dock is perfect for sunning and swimming, or feel free to take our canoes or paddle boat out to explore the Cove. Our tri-toon boat is also available for daily rental (please contact owner for information - based on availability).
The kitchen, living, dining, and laundry spaces are located on the top floor, as well as two bedrooms (one with a lake view), each with a private bath with showers. The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish, utensil, and small appliance that you will need for your stay. A selection of condiments and basic cooking ingredients are provided. Two large refrigerator/freezers provide plenty of space for your food and beverages. A propane grill is located just outside the kitchen on the upper deck.
The living room has two large couches, two velvet chairs, a big screen TV, and a dedicated work space in case you need a break from your vacation. Board games, playing cards, puzzles, a corn hole, and a pickle ball set are all provided for your entertainment.
Washer/dryer, laundry soap pods, fabric softener, and stain remover, as well as makeup remover cloths, hairdryers, and emergency feminine products are all available for guest use.
The bottom floor features two bedrooms, two baths (tub shower combos), and a coffee bar. The lower deck and boat dock are accessed from the lower floor. Complimentary wifi is available in the house and at the dock. Each bedroom in the home has its own television - streaming access to Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix are provided, or feel free to log in to additional streaming services with your own information.
Parking for 6 cars is available on the property. There are several boat launch locations within a 10 minute drive of the house, and if you bring/rent your own boat, you can tie it up to our dock.
