Hideaway Station is one of the newest communities in Winter Park and is also one of the most desired, featuring a prime location in the center of town. Located just 5 minutes away from Winter Park Resort, on the free shuttle route, it is also close to the shops and restaurants of Winter Park and the Grand Park Rec Center where swimming pools, waterslides, a fitness center, rock climbing wall, and playground will keep visitors entertained. Fireside Market is just steps away from your front door, making it easy to stock up the fully equipped kitchen with all the foodstuff you and your family will need. But when you walk inside #106 for the first time, thinking of doing anything that requires leaving this sweet condo will be the last thing on your mind. Walk into a large entry way offering a bench for taking off your boots and racks to hold your skis on one side and a closet hiding a washer and dryer on the other. Follow the path of hardwood floors to the open concept great room in which the best memories will be made.
The kitchen is tucked away between the living room and dining room space and features custom cabinets with light stone countertops, updated fixtures, and high end stainless steel appliances that help bring the joy back to cooking. Four occupants can sit at the barstools parked in front of the expansive breakfast bar.
The dining area, located just steps away from the kitchen for conveniences sake, has a modern design in spite of the natural elements used to create it. Offering room for six guests to play games, surf the internet, or dine, this room is known to be the noisiest space in the condo as guests laugh and chat and play. There are 2 additional dining chairs allowing up to 8 people to congregate at the dining table.
Sleep is as important to the vacation experience as the activities you participate in during your visit, and all three bedrooms are designed to create the ultimate in sleeping experiences. The master bedroom provides a king bed topped with high thread count linens on its premium mattress. An en suite bath offers privacy and a walk-in shower, Winter Park Escapes provided toiletries, and towels that are soft and fluffy.
A queen bed and twin trundle in the second guest room provides a mountain chalet decorator's touch in a room that is light and bright. This bedroom shares bathroom access with the public spaces and the third bedroom of the condo, and offers a walk-in shower, single vanity, and a sleek design décor that will be appreciated by all that utilize the space.

A stackable washer and dryer takes up residence behind what appears to be an ordinary closet door, so pack light and do not fear accidental mishaps knowing you can just throw your clothes in the wash and all will be as good as new!
The balcony mentioned earlier offers a large outdoor sofa to sit, sip, and savor the idyllic mountain views visible from this spot. A gas grill will be much used during summer visits and although it may be too cold to sit out here for long in the winter, if you bundle up it is the perfect place to watch the sun set each evening.
The condo is also very family friendly with many additional features that neighboring properties do not offer, including a queen sleeper sofa, 65" HD smart TV with sound bar and subwoofer to stream Netflix, Hulu, or you preferred streaming service. There are above and beyond kitchen amenities in the well stocked chef's kitchen like electric tea kettle, Kitchen Aid mixer, coffee grinder and coffee from the Perk, crock pot, blender, and much more to make your cooking experience perfect. The property also features organic 5-star hotel caliber toiletries for a spa like experience. There is a pack n play sleeper sofa and booster chair with tray for the young members of your party.
