The holiday apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the "Zillehof" in the middle of Ballenstedt's old town. The "Zillehof" is the former farm of my grandparents Emil and Berta Zille, after whom the two available apartments are named.
In 2019, we completely renovated the rest of the courtyard and built an apartment building with eight residential units on the grounds of the former south barn.
The apartment "Bertchen" is on the ground floor and is about 50 square meters. It has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a hall and a south-facing terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of 3,000 m² of garden land. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. The floor-to-ceiling windows have electric shutters. The apartment has a carport (W2), under which there is also the key safe for self-check-in.
