Nestled between two palm trees lies this serene NEW one bedroom villa. It is NEWLY REMODELED with nautical and beach themed decor and furnishings.
The bar station and island prep area with two counter seats make it easy to use the fully stocked kitchen with all the pans, appliances, a dishwasher and kitchen essentials you may need during your stay with us.
Enjoy a cocktail from the bar station with complementary island rum, all while taking in the view from the main floor balcony!
This condo sleeps up to six guests with a new plush memory foam sofa sleeper on the main floor and king sized bed and additional sofa sleeper upstairs in the spacious bedroom with cathedral wood planked ceilings. This unit comes with everything you may need from toiletry essentials (starter kit including shampoo, conditioner, and soap), robes, and beach items like snorkel gear, sand toys and beach chairs. Sapphire Beach Resort is a gated community with security.
The outdoor grill is perfect for grilling fresh fish from the marina while overlooking the view of the ocean and St. John.
Come check out our spacious outdoor patio from one of the two private balconies. The condo is located in the center of the marina between two picture perfect palm trees, offering PRIME resort views. Enjoy sitting on the outdoor couch with the trade wind breezes while soaking up the amazing scenery.
You will never be staring into darkness as our condo has the best views both day and night! The lights from the boats and St. John in the evening make enjoying the patio perfect any time. The marina offers several charters for sailing, snorkeling, jet skiing, parasailing and fishing.
Sunrise Harbor House is just steps away from the gorgeous Sapphire Beach, which offers some of the best snorkeling on the island. You don't have to go far to get a good Island Drink. You can walk to the Sapphire Beach bar for some hand crafted cocktails, food, frozen yogurt, coffee, and live entertainment. Paradise Pie is located just a minute away and serves pizza with an amazing view. Complimentary Beach chairs are also provided at Sapphire Beach and included in your rental. They can be set up on the beach for you by our Sapphire Beach staff. The Sapphire Beach pool with cascading waterfall style walls provide 180 degree views of the ocean and is located right off of Pretty Clip Point.

Summary: We loved our stay. Erica was always a message away and answered all the questions I had. The place was clean and had amazing views.
