We are 20 minutes to Lake Crescent and further on the HOH rain forest to the west and Sequim to the east. A multitude of activities await you! Summary: The cottage is attractive and practical. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the view, and the good kitchen. It is very well equipped, although we did bring a sharp paring knife and chef’s knife, and we were glad we did. And I can’t say enough about how great these hosts are. Quick replies on everything. The one malfunction that occurred was fixed the same afternoon that we mentioned it. (Thanks again to both of you!) We really enjoyed our stay. We are glad we booked a few extra days so we could spend a couple days slowed down and enjoying relaxed time at the cottage. And a final detail - My husband is tall so we like to let people know when a queen bed works out well. The queen size bed in the front bedroom does not have a footboard and it has a really good mattress. No rolling off the edges or toward the center, so it was entirely comfortable for my husband (6’ 4”) and me (5’ 4”).
