GETTING AROUND & NEIGHBORHOOD:
Great neighborhood local restaurants, charming outdoor coffee shop and grocery bodega/store are accessible within a 5-10 min walk.
(Depending on which way you walk—you’ll get a glimpse of the diversity of the neighborhood—both homes + communities that have been here for generations as well as new builds + newer neighbors. As with anywhere, we typically opt to walk until dusk.
Other spots in Downtown Phoenix to go out--which include everything from burgers, Mexican food and BBQ, to speakeasies, breweries, lounges and bars, to fine dining, wine tasting and art markets are available within a 5 min drive/ride share or a sunny extended walk. We especially recommend Roosevelt Row.
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is a short 7 min drive from home.
Hiking at South Mountain Preserve is about a real-time 15 min drive away. If you plan to drive to the summit (especially great for sunset but come as early as possible for parking), it'll be a beautifully scenic approx. 20 min additional desert drive.
Scottsdale and Tempe (AZ State) and both less than 20 min drive away from home for easy trips in to enjoy the areas before coming back to the house to relax and refresh.
Our home is located in the Phoenix Historic Arts District--in the center of it all Downtown--rated one of Phoenix's "Coolest" neighborhoods and "1 of the Top 10 Neighborhoods to Explore." The neighborhood is filled with vibrant murals (one of the most famous mural streets in Phoenix is only 1 street over from ours), fun restaurants, and desert dream vibe Palm Tree + Cacti-lined streets.
One of our favorite features of our eclectic neighborhood is how diverse and unique it and its people are in every way. People who value those qualities are delighted by and will feel entirely at home in our house and its surroundings. Our corner is at the intersection of a lot of change--surrounded by many new homes as well homes that have a storied history in the community.
Let the sweet sounds of birds lightly chirping greet you while drinking your morning coffee watching the sunrise with a peek of the city skyline, enjoy the melodic sounds of crickets as the sun sets over the landscape of the backyard pool's water feature, cheer along with the distant high school game and if you're lucky--dance in the evening to the rhymic Mariachi music streaming over from our neighbor's house and the sound of fireworks on any given day. And when you're ready to head home, you'll be able to continue to relax as the airport is only a short 7 min drive away.

• Important note: From November to February, pool heat typically warms the water to the mid-70s. Without heating, water temperatures can drop into the 40s or 50s. While we do our best to maintain comfortable pool temperatures, weather conditions may affect the exact temperature.

⭐️This agreement is made between the booking traveler, referred to here as “Guest(s), and property owner(s), referred to here as Host(s)”
⭐️By booking this Short-Term Rental, Guest(s) agree that if any house rule or state law is broken, the Guest(s) reservation will be forfeited, the Guest(s) will be required to leave immediately and there will be no refund issued to Guest(s).
⭐️Guest(s) accept and agree to pay the total amount in the original quote at the time of booking.
⭐️Local Inquires: If prospective Guest(s) are local to Maricopa County, Host(s) require a message be sent prior to booking the Airbnb.
⭐️Host(s) insurance requires Guest(s) be 21+ to reserve.
⭐️ID: To book via the Instant Book feature, if Guest(s) have no reviews or if Guest(s) have any reviews lower than 4 stars, we require a copy of Guest(s) Driver's license within 48 hours of Guest(s) stay or if Guest(s) stay begins within 48 hours of booking, ID will be required at the time of booking.
⭐️If Booking Guest has no reviews: In addition to a Driver’s License, Guest may be charged an additional $500 Security Deposit (total of $1000).
⭐️For fire insurance purposes, all Guest(s) must submit the full legal name(s) of anyone else in their group.
⭐️According to Airbnb policy, the guest(s) who book reservation must be present for the entirety of the stay. Any 3rd party bookings is subject to immediate cancellation and termination of reservation without refund.
⏱Check-in: After 4 pm. Guest(s) will be given a group specific code for Check In. The code will only be activated at the time of Guest(s) Check In and remain activated throughout Guest(s) stay. If Guest(s) decline the door code and require a key, a code will be provided for the lockbox. If the key is lost, Guest(s) will be charged $30.
⏱Check out: 11 am. We ask our cleaners to provide top-tier cleaning for our Guest(s) and they work very hard to ensure they do. With this in mind, we ask that you respect the 11 am check out time as the cleaning team is on a time crunch and usually has other homes to clean too. By booking this Short Term Rental, Guest(s) agree if they haven’t received Host(s) written consent for late checkout, to pay a $50 fee if they haven't checked out of the property by 11:30 am (and $100 additional for each half hour thereafter).
-Security Deposit: Guest(s) must submit a Fully Refundable $500 security deposit at the time of booking. In order to protect Guest(s), Host(s), and Cleaning Team, our cleaning team takes video prior to Guest(s) arrival and upon their departure. If the property is left in such condition that no additional cleaning fees are charged to Host(s) by the cleaning team and/or that no property is damaged, Host(s) will return the entirety of the security deposit to Guest(s).
