This newly built Villa Moderna is located on the island of Krk, in a quiet and idyllic place Linardići. Villa has a large yard with a swimming pool with sun terrace, deck chairs and barbecue. There is a table on the elevated terrace by the pool where you can relax after a swim and spend time with family and friends. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a view of the pool, a modern kitchen and a room with a bathroom and a toilet.
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms have large double beds, and if necessary, 2 extra beds can be used, so that the house can accommodate a total of up to 10 people. The rooms offer a really beautiful panoramic view of the sea and in the morning, when you get up from bed, you can enjoy the view of the beautiful landscape and the blue sea.
