Located just 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Argostoli, and less than 5 minutes from the main supermarkets, Kalokeri Retreat is the perfect base from which to explore everything that this wonderous island has to offer. The beaches of the Livathos coastline are all within a few minutes and the central location means all areas of the island are easily accessible from this fantastic base.
Set within it’s own feature stone walled grounds, Kalokeri Retreat comprises a large open plan living & dining area, complete with fully fitted Italian designed modern kitchen, all very tastefully finished in calming neutral tones and bathed in natural light throughout. The main area, features 2 large sliding patio doors leading directly out to the pool & patio areas. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, one double + one twin, complete with ample wardrobe space and both benefit from feature patio doors leading to the outside areas. There is a luxurious family bathroom, complete with shower, WC, hand basin and designer finishes throughout. Kalokeri Retreat is also fully air conditioned throughout.
Stepping outside you are taken to the extensive tiled patio areas, leading to the stunning private swimming pool, all finished with gleaming mosaic tiles and a solid stone surround. The casual Al Fresco seating area allows you to relax and enjoy morning breakfast or maybe evening cocktails and luxurious sun beds are available for those lazy summer days where you literally need to do nothing other than swim and sunbathe all day long. The delightful garden areas are all laid to soil with feature shrubs and trees and an array of beautiful flowers complete the whole package of what Kalokeri Retreat has to offer it’s lucky guests both internally & externally.
