There are 2 x 2 seater sofas in the lounge, 1 of which is a pull out sofa bed. There is a glass dining table in the bay window which easily seats 4 people. The lounge has a flat screen smart TV and wifi.

The bedroom has 1 double bed. There is a large pine wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table and lamp on each side of the bed. Bed linen is provided and there are 4 pillows. It is a dual aspect room with blinds at the windows.

A lovely solid oak kitchen with washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven and hob. There are pans, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, cutlery, crockery and cleaning product in the kitchen as well as tea, sugar and a pack of biscuits to welcome you on arrival.

The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling. There is a bath with over head shower, sink and toilet. Toilet rolls are provided along with both hand and bath towels ( 1 each per guest).
