The comfortable and well presented dining-room, huge kitchen and sitting-room are all set around a large hall on the ground floor, along with two bedrooms and a new shower room while upstairs boasts a further 2 bedrooms & bathroom.
Lanrest is set on a working farm where the owner’s Guernsey dairy herd grazes the adjacent fields, with many lovely countryside walks nearby. The property boasts a completely private and secure off road location with parking for 3-4 cars, a large garden in which to play with children or relax. A BBQ is provided for those sunny evenings when you want to make the most of staying at home to enjoy the setting and see the cows out grazing.
