This beautiful modern farmhouse is conveniently located in the heart of Maggie Valley. The home is perfect for large groups or families looking to escape into the mountains.
This home’s outdoor area allows you to immerse yourself into nature, featuring a 6-person hot tub/jacuzzi located outside, as well as a firepit area and children's playground in a large backyard.
In the main living area downstairs, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, including a Nespresso and Keurig coffee maker, as well as a traditional pot coffee maker. There are plenty of pots/pans for cooking dinner at home in addition to a toaster, crockpot, blender, etc.The dining room is one of the best features of this home, as you can easily seat 14-16 guests, so everyone can sit down for a lovely meal together.
This home is kid-friendly and comes with everything you need to make your stay comfortable with young children. There are 2 high chairs, 2 pack-and-plays, as well as many toys and games for kids.
The family room features a beautiful brown leather sectional and big screen TV. You can also access high speed WiFi anywhere in the home and each TV has a Roku for streaming.
The basement is the hidden gem in this home. Downstairs you will find a pool table that also converts into a ping pong table, Pacman arcade game, card table with poker chips, foosball table, darts, as well as a TV/Xbox. Upstairs you will find a kids’ haven. A large room converted into 2 smaller bedrooms (separated by barn doors), each featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed. Additionally, each bunk bed has a twin-size trundle bed that pulls out from underneath. The top bunk is only for children due to weight limits. There is also an additional bedroom with 2 queen beds on the top level.
In addition to the master bathroom, there are two additional bathrooms in the home. The first is on the main floor with double sinks and a large shower. The other is upstairs with a beautiful clawfoot tub with a hand held shower.
The home also features two work spaces: one on the main floor with a monitor that can be hooked up to a laptop and one upstairs.
