The property consists of three double bedrooms; all with king-sized beds and a smart TV, the master offers a stylish new en-suite with french doors leading to the garden. There is a contemporary large open plan fully-equipped kitchen with a range of high-quality Bosch appliances; large fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a double Stoves range cooker. The kitchen’s expansive marble-top central island is surrounded by 6 comfortable bar stools and a large window providing sea views and amazing sunsets, making this the hub of the home. The kitchen area is open plan to the cozy living area, with large L-shaped sofa surrounding a wood-burning stove and bi-folding doors opening on to the expansive private sun terraces and lawned garden beyond. There is a large contemporary 4-piece family bathroom and very useful plant room, ideal hang wetsuits etc.
The landscaped private rear garden is a delight and backs onto open countryside which provides a serene backdrop. The garden offers a huge adjoining sun deck with plenty of comfortable sofas and a sun-lounger, and a further large patio above with a stunning bespoke outdoor dining table; seating at least 8, as well as a 6-person hot tub (APRIL-DECEMBER ONLY). Both areas are ideal for relaxing and al-fresco dining and entertaining, particularly during the warmer months.. Both bars offer large outdoor seating areas adjacent to the beach, with a laid-back vibe and fantastic food and drink. Within walking distance of the property is ‘The Victory Inn’, a great local pub with beer garden and excellent affordable local food.
