its been renovated 2 years ago-in Lithonia, great house, quiet neighborhood, hosts 8 guests, lots of parking. One minute from I-20. Easy 25 miles to both Atlanta and Hartsfield Airport.
PRICE: the prices are not negotiable . the long term discount its build in the price already.

beds, mattresses, NEW bedding, towels, (WE buy and CHANGE ALL BEDDING ONCE A YEAR ) we change new bedding to brand new. appliances, kitchenware, 2 new TV's with Comcast cable, and WIFI
CLEANING - we use the same cleaning lady for few years now, she knows how important it is to have a clean house, (she does all our AIRBNB/VRBO) , we change all beddings and towels to clean ones after every guest . do dishes , clean the and map the floors ,clean dust , between guests , every year we throw all beddings and towels in the garbage and replace them with brand new once .
WALLS-some walls has some scratches , because previous guest left there kids un-attendant.
CHECK IN - after 5pm ,
CHECK OUT- before 10 am in the norming.

CONDITION: house was renovated 2 years ago , build 1969, has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. hardwood floors, new beds, mattresses, showers, toilets. A perfect house for visitors from out of town, with plenty parking .
ACCOMMODATIONS: Three bedrooms with queen beds sleep 6 people. 1 queen sofa beds, in living room sleep 2. Each ready with new sheets. some towels has stain , be sure its a stain towels are clean .

FURNITURE; please do not move or re-arrange the furniture.(cleaning lady is small she don't have the muscle to re arrange the furniture back).
TELEVISION, WIFI: USER moti2950 passwords will be sent.

SHOWER -one of the showers is tricky , in the end of the faucet there is a latch , right where the water coming out , i do not remember if you need to lift , pull or push down this latch, but shower is working fine.
FIRPLACE -only for show .not working
TOILET- the top cover that sit on the water tank of the toilet is broken, toilet working fine , just don't temper with the cover please.
CABLE, if you plug Xbox to play. PLEASE connect the cable back before checking out.
if you play video games please connect , the HDMI CABLE BACK , before you check out so its going to be ready for the next guess to enjoy.
KITCHEN: Brand new everything! Refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, kitchenware.
Big dining room can accommodate 10 people .
LIVING ROOM: Beautiful fireplace for show only , 1 queen sofa sleeper sleeps two.
one has a small stain , other has a small cut in sofa . may also on a cigarette burn.
LAUNDRY: washer & dryer, iron and ironing board.
BUSINESS: We are set up for business with a good wifi.
PETS: Pets are welcome! 2 dogs under 30 pounds allowed ! with a big backyard. Please be aware there is fence in back yard,
PARKING & DRIVE WAY - left brick 3.5 feet post fell on grass, its on grass and it is not in the way , there is Plenty of parking for 10-15 cars.

Our house is literally across the street from the famous Arabian Park Trail, the 12-mile trail that starts at the house and goes all the way through Panola Park to Stone Mountain Park.
Lots of festivals 10 minutes away at the Georgia International Horse Park.
Easy drive to everywhere - You are 25 miles from Hartsfield Int'l Airport, Buckhead, Atlanta.
Across the street from Stonecrest Mall and Arabia Mountain Trail (you can walk!) 10 minutes to Georgia Int'l Horse Park (site of festivals) and only 10 miles from Stone Mountain Park.
