Private fenced backyard has 2 gazebos, hot tub( new 2024), big pool (50,000 lit, opened by May 8, 2025) , kids play place, Charcoal BBQ small unit, etc.
Note:
☆No outside visitiors, property is only available for use for listed guests. 2 car parking included with listing.
☆Hottub is running whole year. Pool will be opened by May 8 , 2025 and closed by Nov 1, 2025.
☆No Party,no smoking allowed inside the house.
Host will maintain premises, has separate unit & entrance.
